All in all I thought it was well run,no major confusions! good location, with the hotel and undergound carpark for the shelter, food and showers!
The transition zone could have done with being a small bit bigger, there were a few bikes along the wall. the run with the bike was a bit long/small bit slippy especially with bike shoes so maybe a dismount that bit closer to transition if at all possible. Also if there was maybe a map of some sort of the course by the registration area so people would know where the start was and what the run/bike course was.
good race though, well marshalled bike course with good warning signs not often seen in triathlons, plenty of warning coming up to bends I thought, and will be back next year if Im around!

It's not the critic who counts, not the man who points out how the strong man stumbled, or when the doer of deeds could have done better. The credit belongs to the soul who is actually in the arena; whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood;

Congratulations to the club for organizing a great event this morning! I really enjoyed it, it was my first event of this type. Logistics were brilliant, and the traffic marshals did a fantastic job Thanks to you all!
Looking forward to seeing the pictures, Have a great weekend,
- Siobhan

I thought this was a great event.  The volunteers controlled the traffic well and were very encouraging.

I was a little confused by the distances.  Can you please let us know what the distances ended up being in the end.  For example, what was the distance from the start to the cone (during the run) and back?  It may have been a little slower than 4k.  (Unless my run was exceptional!).
