might be a good idea for us to put our times from last weeks 500 metre tt up here as it will mean we can compare as the season goes on and hopefully see vast improvements all round, of course the slower the time the more scope for improvement- to start the ball rolling my time was 9 mins 51 secs, very disappointed with this and hope to imrove it next time.

My time wa 6mins 35secs. Happy enough with this. Hoping to be able to swim a 10min 750m and 21.30 1500m, and 58min 3800m for the season.

10:29 for 500m.  thats about 5min than this time last year!!
