Some of you may know that Mark is heading off on Tuesday to take part in the Ironman event.
Thought to be one of the hardest cycles in triathlon.
We wish him all the best.
With the amount of training & dedication he has put in we all hope that all goes well for him.
The event starts on Saturday.
Once he has his number you will be able to keep track of how he is going on the day.
