just wait wednesday..... you can't teach yourself soemthing you don't know, or that you can't see yourself doing.

this is the my tips:

"there is always a difference between what you THINK you are doing and what you actually really DO " but where the coach come is not in this, but more and what you COULD actually do.

Hi Seb,

can we look at teaching the members tumble turns, maybe between yourself and Anghous some week, for ten mins you could teach one lane and he could coach other lane either on tumble turns or else just basic technique if new members would find basic swimmin more of a help.

It is part of my plans, but not now, as not every body is ready for it.

I do have to follow my plans in the right order, tumbles does not take 10min to learn, but you need about 1000 turns before you start to be ok with them.

If we do this in the session, I garranty a big mess.... because when you start to learn them you can't go back, you have to try every single time..... for ever adn ever

I'm a culprit of starting to learn and going back!!!! Struggled with the for ever and ever bit!! I can do them when i'm swimming slow but not when swimming fast. I think I'll just wait for the teaching....or go do 1000 turns tomorrow!

from my experiance of it you'd want to be doing a lot of tumble turns before may to be comfertable enough that they'd save you any time over a good touch turn. i've been doing them since before xmas  but i'm still way quicker doing touch turns, not to mention the oxygen debt from not getting a lung full of air at the wall. This might be just me but i'll be sticking to touch turns for Joey hAnnon
