This Sunday hoping to do a hilly 40km ride.
Anyone interested in joining me meet at the lake in Loughrea for 10am.
Anyone also willing to do Sunday runs from Loughrea for a while to do some hill work can they let me know.
It would bring the fitness level up & be more interesting1

Once a month was planning on doing a longer ride than usual. Looking at doing around 100km +. Will have a cafe stop in between.
The first date will be Sunday 27th January.
Anyone interested let me know.

Local charity cycle on this Sunday.
Leaving Brothers of Charity in Clarinbridge @ 10am.
The ride is 100km round trip to Carron in Co. Clare.
You could always turn round so far if 100km is too much for you.
€20 to go includes food, showers etc.
