i'm hoping to get a group together for spinning over the winter in the gym. If we get enough interested they will run a triathlon specific session. Can you let me know if you are interested soon as the new gym programme is out.

Just got a few Spinnerval DVD's of Amazon yesterday and tried one out with the turbo straight away. It was my first experiance of this type of training. It was a good experience. Way better than pounding out endless time on da trainer with just an mp3 player for company!! Never sweated as much on a bike before though!!
